I thought it was easy to use for everyone, some people said they could only upload a few pics at a time. I noticed some pictures downloaded as acrobat files not jpeg?

I like the concept I just wish EVERYONE wasn't able to see the photos, delete, etc. I wish there was a log in for the person who actually purchased the package to make edits, etc. Other that, great concept and people used it pretty well.

Easy to use
It was delivered fast and was convenient to be able to add the free borders! Was able to print and put in a frame and use in our center pieces. Saved me a lot of headache on my daughter’s quinceañera party! Will definitely use them again for major events!

The best !!!!!!!!! We loved that our family and friends were able to share pictures and videos of the event! This was very helpful especially since the photographer doesn’t stay for the entire party. We bought $1 frames from our local dollar store and placed the QR code in several tables and at the entrance of the reception hall. 100% recommend !

We used this for my daughter’s quinceañera . We saved a lot of money. Instead of hiring a photographer we had everyone share their pictures. The only thing I would suggest is more background options. I didn’t like any so I created my own in Canva.
I love to see everyone’s photos from their POV. This was such a great touch to our wedding! This was easy to download and print as well as easy for the guests to use! I made my own flyer on canva with the QR code provided. We then put it on each guest table for them to see easily. I love how you can continually go back to the link. After the wedding, I could still send the link and tell people to add to the album! This was also not as expensive to purchase, a plus!
My event has yet to happen. But the cards came in and im very excited to put them to use
I was so surprised to see they were printed on both sides. I absolutely love them. Just wish your customer service was a little bit better about getting back with people when they send an email. I know you must get a lot so it must be hard but it’s very frustrating sometimes. Overall, I’ve been very, very happy.
If i could give a 0 i would but made me have tonpick one. Im Very extremely disappointed wont be using them after all the money and time spent!! After several emails wirh marie i still received my order with name on cards spelled wrong

Product looks amazing! But the customer service was even better! I put the wrong address and I email them. They got back to me so quick, got the address fixed & it was delivered to the correct address.

I'm a recent customer for a near-future event. I can't wait to see what kind of pictures our guest will provide. The steps to start and set up were easy. The reason I gave it a 3-star rating is that I would have loved the opportunity to select the card templates myself. Instead, I received 4 templates via email when I received the QR code. Unfortunately, the templates don't match the event theme. I have reached out to customer service for additional templates. Still waiting to hear back. UPDATE: Customer service reached out. Thank you, Marie, for bringing my daughter's favorite character to life. The templates are amazing. Five stars for sure.

Is it really free? What's the catch?
Yes. Your free gallery includes 30 uploads, your QR code, and the live wall — enough to test it for a small gathering. When you're ready for an unlimited gallery (most weddings need this), upgrade for a one-time event fee. No subscriptions, no monthly bills, ever.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code, the gallery opens in their phone's browser, and they upload from their camera roll in two taps. Works on iPhone, Android, every phone made in the last decade. Even your grandparents can do it.
Can I use this worldwide?
Absolutely. iconmoments works anywhere in the world. If your guests have internet access, they can scan, upload, and view the gallery from wherever the celebration happens.
What about privacy? Are my photos public?
Never. Your gallery is only accessible by the unique link or QR code you share. You decide who gets access, and your photos stay private to your event.
Do you use or resell our photos?
No. We never use, sell, resell, or share your photos for marketing, training, or anything else. Your memories belong to you and your guests.
How many photos can guests upload?
On paid plans: unlimited photos and videos in original quality. The average wedding gets 400–800 uploads. The biggest gallery so far reached 4,200 photos. Bring it on.
Can guests upload photos on multiple days?
Yes. Your QR code stays valid for a full year, so guests can upload across the whole celebration — from pre-wedding events to the big day and the after-party.
How do I get the photos after the event?
You keep using the same private gallery link. As long as your gallery is live, it can be viewed at any time, beautifully organized and neatly sorted so every moment is easy to find again.
Can I customize the QR cards to match my wedding?
Absolutely. Pick a template, change colors, fonts, the message — match your invitation suite exactly. Print at home, at any local printer, or order professionally printed cards delivered to your door.
Do you supply physical cards with QR codes?
Yes. You can order beautifully printed QR cards in packs of 25, 50, or 100, ready to place on tables, at the entrance, or anywhere guests will naturally see them.
How long does my gallery stay live?
Free galleries stay up for 7 days. Paid event plans keep your gallery live for a full year, and you can extend forever as a one-time keepsake.
