Super easy for guests to use even the older or not tech savvy ones! I like that I could use just the QR code and create my own, unique design to display or use a premade one.

I thought it was easy to use for everyone, some people said they could only upload a few pics at a time. I noticed some pictures downloaded as acrobat files not jpeg?
The wedding invites, bride, and groom all had a blast using IconMoments! It was quick, simple, and to the point. Easily used by all ages and will definitely be using this site for any events moving forward :)
I like the concept I just wish EVERYONE wasn't able to see the photos, delete, etc. I wish there was a log in for the person who actually purchased the package to make edits, etc. Other that, great concept and people used it pretty well.

Easy to use
It was delivered fast and was convenient to be able to add the free borders! Was able to print and put in a frame and use in our center pieces. Saved me a lot of headache on my daughter’s quinceañera party! Will definitely use them again for major events!

The best !!!!!!!!! We loved that our family and friends were able to share pictures and videos of the event! This was very helpful especially since the photographer doesn’t stay for the entire party. We bought $1 frames from our local dollar store and placed the QR code in several tables and at the entrance of the reception hall. 100% recommend !

We used this for my daughter’s quinceañera . We saved a lot of money. Instead of hiring a photographer we had everyone share their pictures. The only thing I would suggest is more background options. I didn’t like any so I created my own in Canva.
I love to see everyone’s photos from their POV. This was such a great touch to our wedding! This was easy to download and print as well as easy for the guests to use! I made my own flyer on canva with the QR code provided. We then put it on each guest table for them to see easily. I love how you can continually go back to the link. After the wedding, I could still send the link and tell people to add to the album! This was also not as expensive to purchase, a plus!
My event has yet to happen. But the cards came in and im very excited to put them to use
I was so surprised to see they were printed on both sides. I absolutely love them. Just wish your customer service was a little bit better about getting back with people when they send an email. I know you must get a lot so it must be hard but it’s very frustrating sometimes. Overall, I’ve been very, very happy.
If i could give a 0 i would but made me have tonpick one. Im Very extremely disappointed wont be using them after all the money and time spent!! After several emails wirh marie i still received my order with name on cards spelled wrong
Quality product.
Product looks amazing! But the customer service was even better! I put the wrong address and I email them. They got back to me so quick, got the address fixed & it was delivered to the correct address.

Loved loved loved iconmoments! Everything about this service, from start to finish was super easy, understandable and convenient. The QR code cards that I ordered from iconmoments were so cute and added to the table decor of my nieces party. Not finding it very easy to copy to smaller cards for the tables to print.
I'm a recent customer for a near-future event. I can't wait to see what kind of pictures our guest will provide. The steps to start and set up were easy. The reason I gave it a 3-star rating is that I would have loved the opportunity to select the card templates myself. Instead, I received 4 templates via email when I received the QR code. Unfortunately, the templates don't match the event theme. I have reached out to customer service for additional templates. Still waiting to hear back. UPDATE: Customer service reached out. Thank you, Marie, for bringing my daughter's favorite character to life. The templates are amazing. Five stars for sure.
